La Jolla Parking District Advisory Board

1. Call to Order

Respecting everybody.s busy schedule, a sincere effort will be made to start our meeting on time.

3. Discussion concerning a conflict of interest code.

The Board will discuss conflict of interest issues and a Statement of Economic Interest for each Board member. If adopted by the Board, these items will be forwarded on to the City of San Diego.

4. Public Comment on non-agenda items

The time for comment on non-agenda items will be limited to 30 minutes.

• Unfinished business shall be tabled and placed on the agenda for the next meeting.
• Public Comment will be heard on individually numbered Agenda Items 3 and 4 only; and after the Board has conducted its initial discussion, but before it conducts its final deliberations and voting.
